Seeking Senior Contracts Manager candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as USACE. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) (Senior Contracts Manager) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Department of Defense (DoD - USACE) | U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District (USACE NWO) Area of Responsibility (AOR) Generally Located In CONUS - Ten (10) States:
Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming and across the Mid West Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior Contracts Manager | Environmental Management [USACE
035040]

Serve as a member of The Engagement Team as "Key Management Personnel" and work to oversee contract negotiations; manage contract compliance; resolve contract disputes. Contract Management Personnel and, more specifically, the Senior Contracts Manager (Key Management Personnel) shall be designated and trained within the organization to be responsible for overall Senior Contracts Management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: a) Ensuring that all acquisition and contract management related to this contract (including, but not limited to, subcontracts, socioeconomic programs, field purchases, rental agreements, modifications) are performed in accordance with the FAR and contract requirements when administering cost reimbursement task orders;

b) Where applicable, the Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to federal contract management and acquisition; c) A working knowledge of Government fiscal law and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
