• Directly manage, coach and develop a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors. You'll own their onboarding, training and ongoing success at every event.
• Set clear expectations and lead from the front, actively coaching your team in real time and providing direct feedback to build confidence, professionalism and a strong brand presence with our future customers.
• Be present in the field, traveling across our markets to observe execution firsthand, reinforce standards and help your team perform at a high level.
• Hold your team accountable to results by owning event performance, including lead quality, volume and conversion.
• Build the right event strategy by identifying, evaluating and securing home shows, trade shows, and community events that actually drive business.

• An experienced people leader with 2+ years of coaching and developing teams, ideally in field marketing, events or brand activation environments.
• Able and willing to travel 30-40% across our markets (Peoria, IL;
  Fort Madison, IA;
  Des Moines, IA;
  Omaha, NE; Grand Island, NE; Sioux City, IA; Wichita, KS; Springfield, MO; Kansas City, KS; and Denver, CO).
• Creative and bold in your approach; willing to try new ideas, test what works and push beyond "how it's always been done."
• Decisive, organized and capable of managing multiple priorities without losing momentum or standards.
• Pre‑employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
