Job Description

Our top financial client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Brand Manager to own the meticulous execution of a significant brand refresh and rollout. This role plays a central, hands‑on role in translating high‑level strategy into tangible, on‑time deliverables across the entire organization and with external partners. The ideal candidate is an exceptional project manager with a strong bias for action and a collaborative spirit.

While prior experience in the financial services or B2B sector is a plus, proven success managing the rollout of a major brand refresh or launch for a mid‑size company is the top priority. A critical focus of this role is diligent execution; you must be eager to follow the defined strategy and plan rather than focusing on strategic development.

What You’ll Do Project Management & Execution Ownership
  • Develop, maintain, and own the comprehensive project schedule for the rebranding rollout using tools like Asana, Excel, and other project management software.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end execution of the brand launch plan, ensuring all deliverables for all work streams (campaigns, assets, core strategy) are met on time and within scope.
  • Run the day‑to‑day operations of the brand rollout and ongoing brand programs.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project‑related communications, status reports, and updates, ensuring comfort working with senior leadership.
Agency & Cross‑Functional Management
  • Act as the central coordinator, ensuring seamless communication and alignment among all internal stakeholders (including Compliance, Legal, and product teams).
  • Manage the relationship with the external creative agency, creative vendors, and freelance talent.
  • Represent the client‑side of the partnership, overseeing agency output, driving timely review cycles, and ensuring they have the necessary information and approvals to deliver on schedule.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to move assets to market quickly and ensure brand consistency.
Brand Governance & Support
  • Ensure all project execution adheres strictly to the approved brand strategy and plan, contributing to a cohesive and unified brand experience.
  • Create and maintain essential brand guidelines, templates, and the core asset library.
  • Support key internal teams with on‑time, on‑brand creative assets.
  • Track brand adoption and basic performance metrics, recommending optimizations where appropriate.
What You’ll Bring
  • 7-10 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or large‑scale project management roles.
  • Demonstrated success with the planning and execution of a mid‑size company brand rollout (e.g., brand launch, major refresh, or acquisition integration).
  • Exceptional project management skills; highly proficient in building, tracking, and managing complex schedules using tools like Asana and Excel.
  • Proven expertise working on the client side to manage external agencies and vendors.
  • A highly collaborative, team‑oriented personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working within a defined structure and strategy, prioritizing meticulous execution over strategic development.
  • Financial services or B2B industry experience is preferred.
