As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of restoration projects and lead a high-performing team. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

• Mobilize resources like a pro, assembling an "Avengers-level" team.
• Lead walk-throughs, identify risks, and keep safety priority #1.
• Create and execute detailed project plans that keep everyone on track.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to keep them informed every step of the way.
• Run daily management meetings, solve problems on the fly, and ensure no detail falls through the cracks.
• Travel extensively (car and plane) to be where the action is – a valid driver’s license required.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years in property/casualty claim adjusting and/or restoration, with project management expertise.
• Project management chops that would make even the most complex job site look easy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; thrive on checklists, timelines, and clarity.

• Lift 50 lbs regularly; occasionally lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
