The District Manager oversees multiple stores within a region, ensuring each runs smoothly, meets budget and sales goals, and complies with marketing campaigns and community events. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and discipline of Restaurant Managers, conducting store audits, maintaining budgets, and reporting to Senior Management.
