Logan Contractors Supply (LCS) is looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of daily warehouse operations and lead a team that keeps our customers moving. If you enjoy running an organized operation, leading people, and improving processes, this role gives you the autonomy and trust to do just that.
As Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, deliveries, and staff supervision—including drivers, warehouse, and shipping/receiving employees. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products move safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do- Lead, schedule, and support warehouse staff and drivers, including LCS transfers and deliveries.
- Own warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing freight is accurate, documented, and handled properly.
- Load delivery vehicles safely and ensure customer documentation is completed on time.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, including forklift inspections, certifications, PPE, and incident reporting.
- Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure daily inspections are completed.
- Keep showroom inventory stocked and organized.
