Goldenrod is a growing commercial real estate development, investment, and operating platform with a diverse national portfolio across multifamily, office, industrial, and retail. We’re entrepreneurial, collaborative, and focused on long-term value creation.

As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a Residential Asset Manager to take ownership of portfolio strategy, performance, and value creation across our assets. This is a senior leadership role with meaningful influence on investment outcomes, operations, and portfolio growth.

• Develop and execute the overall asset management strategy across multifamily assets
• Identify value-creation opportunities, market trends, and potential acquisition strategies
• Drive asset performance to meet or exceed return, NOI, and long-term value targets

• Oversee day-to-day asset management activities across the portfolio
• Partner with property management teams to drive operational efficiencies and improve tenant experience
• Guide leasing strategy to maximize occupancy and rental performance
• Oversee capital projects, renovations, and value-add initiatives

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for all assets
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual asset management reports
• Develop and manage annual business plans for each asset
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership and investors on performance, risks, and opportunities

• Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and market risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards

• 5+ years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or related fields
• Experience managing diversified portfolios (multifamily, office, industrial, retail)
• Strong financial and analytical skills (budgets, forecasts, ROI, performance metrics)
• Proven leadership experience with internal teams and external partners
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications such as CPM, CCIM
  , or similar are a plus
