Manufacturing Production Manager

Overview

As Production Manager, you will oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production of custom wood cabinet components while driving continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and safety. You will lead a team across key areas including raw wood processing, door assembly, edging and sanding, and dovetail drawer production.

• Manage end-to-end production workflows, from raw material intake to quality assurance.
• Lead and develop a team of skilled craftsmen and operators, fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality and innovation.
• Monitor production schedules, KPIs, and lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve throughput, and maintain high standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, including technology integration to support our growing DTC model.
• Track production metrics, analyze performance data, and report on efficiency, costs, and quality to senior leadership.
• Ensure a culture of continuous learning, where team members are empowered to innovate and problem-solve.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended standing.
