Maintenance Technician – Omaha, NE (Evergreen Posting)

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and manufacturing system issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure reliability and safety
• Support general building maintenance (plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, general upkeep)
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to diagnose and resolve recurring equipment issues
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca internal safety protocols
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of and adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of OSHA and production safety practices, including LOTO
• Strong electrical knowledge (schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, DC motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, control logic)
• Understanding of industrial mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, controls)
• Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required
• Flexibility to work overtime and support business needs

We Hire Maintenance Technicians Across All Omaha Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (Sunday night–Friday morning)
