As a Shift Leader, you will oversee a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance. Your responsibilities include leading shift meetings, managing production schedules, and resolving operational issues.

The salary range for this role is $42,000 to $58,309 per year, based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage under pressure, and lean manufacturing knowledge are preferred.
