The strategic marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for key business units. The role involved developing a deep understanding of the target market, creating marketing strategies and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products and services while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver results.

• Define and drive the optimal segment marketing strategy and campaigns for various business units
• Develop new customer and/or retention targets to measure program effectiveness.
• Facilitate marketing planning sessions with key business stakeholders, and build consensus around go to market plans and budgets
• Continuously communicate market opportunities and campaign progress
• Track and analyze program performance through the development of KPIs and dashboards.
• Conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of needs, behaviors and preferences.
• Work with agency of record and inhouse creative to create compelling marketing content and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
• Develop and execute campaigns across a variety of sales and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaign success.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.

• 10 + years of experience in marketing, preferably in a strategic marketing role.
