Growth Marketing Specialist | Test, learn and scale About Extra Mile
Extra Mile E-Commerce is a family of 50+ specialty sports, games and play brands based in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Our flagship is Omaha Sports & Games, online and in store. Now we are designing and manufacturing our own products and selling them nationwide. Hyper Jam premium basketball hoops are the first of 5 products launching in 2026, with 20 more coming in 2027.
If you want to control your own destiny and get paid for what you build, you will fit right in.
You love numbers and you love finding what works. You set up tests, track results and help us scale creators, affiliates and Meta ads. You will learn growth from the ground up. Reports to the Head of Growth.
What you will do- Set up and track tests on landing pages, offers and ad creative
- Build affiliate and creator tracking links, codes and reports
- Pull weekly numbers on traffic, conversion, AOV and ROAS
- Help launch new products with test budgets and quick readouts
- Find small fixes on our Shopify stores that lift conversion
- A steady flow of tests with clean results
- Affiliate and creator sales tracked accurately every week
- A dashboard the team checks every Monday
- At least a few wins you can point to with real numbers
- Have 1 to 3 years in marketing, analytics or ecommerce (or a strong internship)
- Are great with spreadsheets and comfortable with data
- Are curious, fast and detail oriented
- Want to learn Meta ads, affiliates and conversion from people who do it daily
- Want your pay tied to the growth you create
- Experience with GA4, Shopify analytics or Triple Whale
- Any hands on experience with affiliate or referral programs
- Unlimited earning potential: base salary plus uncapped commission tied to the results you drive
- Hands on work across multiple brands and new product launches
