Outreach Specialist (Part‑Time)

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a local, community‑focused Outreach Specialist to strengthen provider relationships, promote our autism services, and support our referral pipeline.

$20.00/hr – $25.00/hr

• Conduct in‑person visits to pediatrician offices, schools, diagnostic clinics, and local events to promote Step Ahead ABA services.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with key referral sources in the assigned region.
• Represent Step Ahead ABA at health fairs, community events, and networking opportunities.
• Distribute branded materials and collect contact information to support follow‑up efforts.
• Log outreach activities and insights using designated tracking tools or CRM systems.
• Report regularly to the Outreach & Marketing Manager on progress and local needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor outreach materials to local audiences.
• Maintain a consistent and professional presence in the community to support visibility and trust.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to represent the brand in a professional, positive manner.
• Familiarity with community resources and providers in the region preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in outreach and community engagement.
• ABA or health‑care related fields preferred.

This role is field‑based and requires regular travel throughout the assigned region. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a smartphone, and the ability to work flexible hours. Physical demands include prolonged sitting at a desk, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, frequent walking, occasional standing, and the ability to drive locally between multiple locations.
