- VISTA Member will conduct research to compile a grant prospect pipeline, with a management system to track opportunities and partnerships which align with AIFS mission and vision
- Member will build out a grant calendar and compliance tracking system for reporting deadlines and requirements, including reporting requirements.
- Member will create a proposal library and organizational templates and reproducible forms for faster, more consistent applications
- Member will develop a donor stewardship and relationship management system
- Member will establish a corporate sponsorship and business partnership program, and an annual fundraising plan through staff and board discussions, incorporating community partners and program needs.
