Full-time OR Part-time
7am - 7:30pm
- RN and CNA pair that collaborate to care for 5-6 patients as a team. The two-way communication allows increased staff and patient satisfaction and gives CNAs more time for activities of daily living.
- Observed coordinated workflow, with the RN relying on the CNA to ensure bathing, feeding, and consolidation tasks are completed, reducing RN workload.
- Model improves staff and patient satisfaction and increases quality data in CHG bathing, reduces call light activations and duration.

Perform delegated patient activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel for the achievement of patient's plan of care.
Certified Nursing AssistantRequired Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age required.
- Possesses a Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Nebraska required.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire required, from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of computer data entry and word processing preferred.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Perform delegated patient activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel for the achievement of patient's plan of care.
Nursing AssistantRequired Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age required.
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Six months experience in patient care required or must be enrolled in nursing program.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct patient care experience preferred.
- Knowledge of computer data entry and word processing preferred.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
