• Assist residents with ADL’s and recreational activities.
• Provide personalized support to help residents prepare for the day and fully participate in quality‑of‑life activities.
• Adapt and facilitate activities such as iPad navigation, letter reading, birthday card creation, beverage service in the sports bar, painting, knitting, woodworking, online shopping, and more.

• Thrive in a partner role within a therapy plan, bringing purpose to residents’ days.
• Seek to begin or advance a healthcare career with opportunities for advancement.
• Value a supportive team environment with supervisors who consistently step in to help.
• Prefer a structured orientation rather than a “throw you to the wolves” approach.

• Must be 18 years or older (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Certified Nursing Assistant (required). Paid training available if not yet certified.
