  • Shift Differentials:
    • Evenings: +$3.00/hr
    • Nights: +$1.00/hr
    • Weekend Days: +$3.00/hr
    • Weekend Evenings: +$4.00/hr
    • Weekend Nights: +$4.00/hr
• Schedule: We have both full-time and part-time positions available across all shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents at Maple Crest Health Center.
• Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being.
• Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations.
• Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop personalized care plans.

• Active NE RN License.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• New Grads are welcome.
• Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
