Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Radius Rule: miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and / or Dignity.

Fingernail policy:
Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract

RN's - Pass / Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a % to pass or they will be terminated

Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside miles.

  This is a fast paced floor, Attributes that will help a nurse be successful on this unit are a positive attitude, helping others, good communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to problem solve
