MDS Coordinator / Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: St. Joseph Villa Nursing and Rehabilitation, 2305 South 10th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68108
Overview: We are currently seeking a Full‑Time MDS Coordinator with 3‑5 years of experience to join our team in a smaller, close‑knit community. This role requires strong nursing managerial experience to ensure excellence in resident care and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong nurse managerial oversight and ensure excellence in resident care and compliance.
- Oversee MDS documentation and data entry within a senior care setting.
- Ensure accurate compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high quality care.
Qualifications:
- 3‑5 years of nursing experience with demonstrated managerial skills.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska.
- Experience with MDS in a senior care setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records preferable.
