Boys Town is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as Charge Nurse on a fast-paced 14-bed Pediatric Medical/Surgical unit. Lead nursing staff, coordinate admissions/discharges, and develop care plans within unit protocols.
The role requires 5+ years hospital experience, current RN license, CPR, and ACLS/PALS within 6 months. Shift is 7:00 AM–7:30 PM (36 hours/week) with rotating weekends and holidays; a $10,000 hiring bonus is offered.
