Position Summary:

We are seeking a Part‑Time Range Safety Officer (RSO) to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all guests using our shooting ranges. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for firearm safety and education. • Supervise and maintain a safe, professional shooting environment.
• Enforce range rules and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide safety briefings and ensure proper firearm handling at all times.
• Assist guests with range equipment, firearm malfunctions, and general questions.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any safety concerns or emergencies.
• Monitor activity via CCTV for safety compliance.
• Perform routine tasks including restocking supplies and range upkeep.
• Maintain a friendly and professional presence on the range at all times.

• Must be of legal age to carry a firearm.
• Has firearms handling experience and a strong understanding of range safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• RSO certification preferred; training available for the right candidate.
