Join the Ryan Lawn & Tree team as a Ryan Outdoor Living (ROL) Supervisor. Are you a hands‑on individual who loves the outdoors and takes pride in hard work? Are you passionate about transforming visions into reality and contributing to stunning landscapes?

• Assist in diagnostic sales and completion of department specific services on client properties, including referral of additional services from all other RLT departments.
• Work in production with landscape and hardscape staff and fill in where needed depending on staffing and seasonal demand.
• Work well in a team environment as well as efficiently on your own while taking care of client properties and taking pride in the end results.
• Continue on‑job and classroom training on all aspects of Ryan provided services to better serve clients over time.
• Interact with clients daily, communicate processes and expectations of services needed and performed, and recommend additional Ryan services as appropriate, while helping solve problems as they arise.
• Possess thorough knowledge of Design/Build practices and a working knowledge of all other RLT departments.
• Coach team members to develop skills, efficiency and knowledge while ensuring all team members are equipped with tools, resources and required training.
• Oversee field operations, ensuring teamwork and efficiency at all times and promoting the company's vision, mission and goals.
• Maintain accountability of financial based goals for the department to ensure success of the branch/company.
• Ensure that every associate in their area of operation receives appropriate 90‑day, mid‑year and annual performance evaluations.
• Work with the safety team to ensure facilities and equipment needs are met, and all legal and safety compliances are achieved.
• Schedule jobs as they are sold, working with sales and clients to ensure expectations are met.

• 4 years of green industry experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push or pull objects while walking up to 3+ miles daily.
• Working knowledge of Design/Build practices and basic understanding of Ryan Lawn & Tree’s services.
• Ability to work outdoors year‑round in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
