Introduction
Our client is a busy small animal hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, hiring for an Associate Veterinarian. This opportunity is open to veterinarians of all experience levels, including new graduates seeking mentorship, and offers excellent support within a collaborative environment.
Working Hours / RotaThe hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The position offers flexible scheduling options with no Sunday hours required. Both full‑time and part‑time applicants are welcome.
Role Description & ResponsibilitiesThe veterinarian will be responsible for a broad range of clinical duties, including: examining patients, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, performing surgeries, providing dental care, operating diagnostic equipment, advising clients on preventive care and treatments, prescribing medications, and collaborating with the team to ensure high‑quality care. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with strong mentorship available.

Candidate Requirements- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA).
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in.
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so.
