An established small animal clinic is seeking a Veterinarian – Urgent Care to join their dedicated and compassionate team. This role focuses exclusively on urgent medical cases for dogs and cats, providing immediate care for non-life-threatening conditions in a well-equipped, modern facility. With strong support staff and efficient systems in place, this position offers the chance to practice high-quality medicine without the pressures of wellness visits or overnight emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, effective medical care for small animal urgent cases
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding treatment options
  • Collaborate with veterinary professionals and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Handle a diverse caseload with strong clinical judgment and efficiency
  • Foster a positive and team-oriented workplace environment
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent through ECFVG/PAVE)
  • Active veterinary license in good standing in the applicable state (or ability to obtain)
  • Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
