• Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care
• Develop, implement, and uphold medical protocols and best practices
• Perform high-quality diagnostic, surgical, and preventive veterinary care
• Foster strong communication and trust with clients and the clinical team
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Nebraska
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
