- Base Pay $20.00 - $24.75 / Hour

- Performs enhancement activities such as mulch applications, plantings, topsoil application , soil amendment , river rock install , and tree planting.
- Operates a variety of equipment and tools including but not limited to bed edgers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws , hedge trimmers.
- Conduct all work in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Operate a snowplow and truck during the snow removal season.

Hours:
Mon-Fri, 6:30 am-5:00pm , some weekends
Dress Code: uniform
Requirements- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a landscaping crew member role.
- Strong base horticulture knowledge .
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and physically have full range of motion in upper and lower body.
- Nebraska Pesticide Applicators License is a plus .
- Must possess a driver’s license, clean criminal record and have ability to pass a drug test.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
- Must be comfortable working long shifts and weekends when necessary.
Summary:
The Enhancement Technician is an industry professional that will perform duties in planting, edging, garden bed installation, and general landscape services. Candidates will have experience working with a team to install top quality landscapes and meet budget expectations. You must possess positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The best applicants are multi-taskers, action-oriented, and can work well under deadlines. You will conduct all jobs in a safe manner and in accordance with our company core values.
