Quality Control Manager – Commercial​/Industrial Construction

Role:
The Quality Control Manager will oversee QA/QC processes for commercial and industrial construction projects — including wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and large industrial structures. This role ensures all work meets contractual specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement project‑specific Quality Control Plans.
• Conduct inspections, testing coordination, and documentation for compliance with drawings/specifications.
• Interface with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams on all quality matters.
• Maintain quality records, inspection logs, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Support pre‑pour, pre‑installation, and pre‑testing meetings; verify all quality submittals.

• 5–10 years of experience in QA/QC for commercial/industrial or heavy construction projects.
• Experience with wastewater or industrial process facilities strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of codes, standards, and testing procedures.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
