Role:
The Quality Control Manager will oversee QA/QC processes for commercial and industrial construction projects — including wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and large industrial structures. This role ensures all work meets contractual specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement project‑specific Quality Control Plans.
- Conduct inspections, testing coordination, and documentation for compliance with drawings/specifications.
- Interface with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams on all quality matters.
- Maintain quality records, inspection logs, NCRs, and corrective actions.
- Support pre‑pour, pre‑installation, and pre‑testing meetings; verify all quality submittals.
- 5–10 years of experience in QA/QC for commercial/industrial or heavy construction projects.
- Experience with wastewater or industrial process facilities strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of codes, standards, and testing procedures.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
