Base Pay Range
$20.00/hr – $24.00/hr

Responsibilities
- Focus on resident customer service and assist in managing operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in property management
- 2+ years with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal smartphone technology required
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales/marketing experience
Compensation
- Final agreed‑upon compensation based on qualifications and experience.
