A Food Server is responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

As a Food Server, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Ensuring knowledge of menu items, restaurant promotions, and specials
• Taking guest food and beverage orders and inputting them into the point-of-sale system
• Retrieving and delivering food and beverage orders promptly
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
• Keeping the serving station well-stocked at all times
