Cook – Full Time
Location: 12700 West Dodge Road, Omaha, NE 68154.
Schedule: Monday through Friday. Full‑time, hours may vary (details upon interview).
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour.

Job SummaryPrepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations, ensuring quality food service is provided at all times per established policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepares high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
- Serves meals or prepares them for delivery with correct portioning, meeting standards, maintaining proper temperature, and ensuring attractiveness and taste. Tastes all prepared items.
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and records area worked during service periods.
- Cleans kitchen after preparation and service, maintaining high cleanliness standards. Stores or discards excess food per safe food‑handling procedures.
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat, ensuring proper storage of food and supplies.
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
- Assists in ordering and receiving all food and supplies as required.
- Reports maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Attends in‑service and safety meetings.
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
- Performs all duties safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
- Shows personal commitment to own safety and that of others.
- Abides by all Company policies and procedures, including glove and equipment safety protocols.
- Previous line cooking, cleaning, and customer service experience preferred.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
