• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies to adjust product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning, making necessary adjustments.
• Create and monitor schedules, managing new team members’ onboarding process.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Availability to work all shifts, including open, close, weekends, and holidays.
