Job Description

Chick-fil-A Legacy Village is looking for a Restaurant Team Lead for many different day parts.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Saturday 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday Closed

Shift Types:

• Opening Shift
• Mid Shift
• Closing Shift

You will be working side by side with team members to ensure the guests are getting a high quality experience.

You will also be working directly with a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator.

Closed on Sundays! Nothing better than having a guaranteed day off to relax.

Restaurant Team Lead / Crew Lead / Shift Manager responsibilities include:

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in a high‑volume fast‑paced restaurant
• Offering the team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals
• Providing immediate and respectful responses to guest needs
• Assisting in training new hires, setting the tone for a shift, and acting as a role model for our team
• Being a friendly, encouraging team player
• Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, key holder
• Counting drawers and finalizing day
• Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Restaurant Team Lead / Crew Lead / Shift Manager is generally offered as a full‑time or part‑time restaurant job.

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is very helpful to your success at this job.
