• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and quality drinks
• Ensure smooth daily operations including inventory management and cash handling
• Maintain a safe, clean, and appealing work environment for staff and customers
• Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Handle customer concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach

• Proven experience in a leadership role within food & beverage or retail
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for coffee culture
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
