Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) (T2010) s role involves supporting General Merchandise and Food Sales, inbound/outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes, and assisting with guest services and fulfillment tasks.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs.
• Assist with receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, merchandising setup, and placing promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment certified to move merchandise or store fixtures as needed.
• Execute pricing changes, inventory accuracy, merchandise setup and maintenance as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while complying with relevant laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (e.g., drive-up, carryout).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
