General Manager

Join us as a General Manager at Krispy Kreme in Omaha, NE. You will lead all aspects of our doughnut shop, driving product quality, customer experience, and business results.

• You serve as a role model for customer-first behaviors according to company standards.
• Build and coach a customer-focused team through performance management.
• Ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store physical property in good working condition.
• Direct and manage store sales efforts including Hot Light times, retail sales, fundraising, and suggestive selling.
• Achieve business plan objectives and profitability according to the store operating plan.
• Demonstrate safety consciousness and promote store safety.
• Maintain a high level of store sanitation and cleanliness.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• 4+ years of experience in QSR or retail environment in a manager capacity.
• Ability to work all required schedules, including holidays and weekends.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased workplace culture.
• Clean driving record (3 years).
• Eligible for DOT Medical Examiner Card.
• Travel requirement: 0–10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Exerting up to 50 lb force occasionally, up to 20 lb frequently, and up to 10 lb constantly.
• Exposure to fluctuating temperatures, noise levels, and known allergens including nuts.
• Requirement to adhere to the dress code policy applicable to the role.
• Perform duties in a shop environment with production and processing areas.
