What began as a gasoline and auto repair business has grown into a trusted neighborhood destination offering quality fuel, convenience products, fresh food, and friendly service. Today, Anderson Convenience Market operates multiple locations throughout the Omaha area, featuring trusted fuel brands including Amoco, BP, and Phillips 66.

As an Anderson Team Member, you play an important role in making that happen!

As a Convenience Store Team Member, you will:

• Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional guest service.
• Create a positive experience for every guest through our 2 Minutes of Happiness philosophy.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Assist with daily convenience store operations, including stocking, cleaning, and food preparation as assigned.
• Work cooperatively with fellow Team Members to accomplish daily goals.
• Remain present, engaged, dependable, and productive throughout your shift.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate our four Core Values in everyday interactions.
• Be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed to support the Team and our guests.

Experience is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!

Team Members must be able to:

• Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Stand for up to 8 hours, with scheduled breaks.
• Perform routine convenience store duties safely and efficiently.

Our convenience stores serve guests throughout the week, including weekends and holidays.

Team Members must have flexible availability to work assigned shifts, which may include:

• Days and evenings
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends
• Holidays

Specific scheduling requirements may vary by location and position.

Team Members may be asked to perform other reasonable job-related duties as assigned by store leadership to support daily operations and guest satisfaction.
