Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a part-time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team. You will coach a team of sales associates, drive sales, and ensure a superb customer experience on the shop floor.
You will lead by example in product demonstrations, brand education, and maintaining store standards while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
