Millard Lumber is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Omaha team. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working with building materials, hardware, and home improvement products, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll DoAs a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our retail operation, assisting customers and supporting contractors, builders, and homeowners with their project needs. Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement Research and locate parts, products, and building materials Prepare estimates and follow up on customer quotes Coordinate deliveries and special orders with vendors and suppliers Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and purchase orders Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and keep displays organized Support showroom presentation and promotional displays Work collaboratively with team members across departments

What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Previous retail, hardware, lumberyard, or building materials experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers, email, and point-of-sale systems Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
