- Maintain salon cleanliness
- Sanitize equipment after each use
- Mop, dust, wash linens, and keep tanning & wellness equipment, floors, and bathrooms clean
- Set up tanning rooms for the next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards
- Assist customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner
- Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
