Job Details- Job Type: Regular
- Work Location: Market - SWFBA - NE - Omaha
- Position: Full-Time Territory Sales Representative
- Pay: $22/hour (based on experience and location)
- Bonus: Up to 10% monthly bonus
- Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
- Travel: Ability to rent a vehicle and some overnight travel
- Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products
- Build strong relationships with store associates and customers
- Maintain and set up product displays (merchandising)
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Generate leads to increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service and product education
- Travel within your territory, visiting 2‑5 stores per day
- Sales experience or strong interest in building a career in sales
- Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills
- Self‑starter who can work independently
- Comfortable working in a retail environment

Job Description- Drive Sales Growth:
Effectively promote Springs Window Fashions products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Cultivate Retailer Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at leading home improvement retailers. - Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences:
Ensure a best experience for retail partners and end‑consumers through expert product knowledge and outstanding service. - Maximize Product Placement:
Optimize product displays and in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. - Provide Product Expertise:
Serve as a trusted advisor, educating retailers and customers on the features and benefits of Springs Window Fashions products. - Execute Sales Strategies:
Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives. - Report and Analyze Sales Data:
Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
- Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and establish strong, lasting relationships with key decision‑makers in home improvement retail.
- Strong customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Highly adaptable and able to adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs.
- Proactive self‑starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to acquire and sustain high product knowledge and communicate it effectively to retailers and customers.
- Reliable transportation and available for occasional overnight assignments; a valid driver’s license is required.
- Physical Requirements:
lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more; use small power tools.
