Responsibilities- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company goals and uphold Regency's standards of service and performance.
- Actively sell new homes – managing prospects from initial contact to contract signing.
- Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to sales counselors.
- Oversee marketing strategy and planning, including campaign coordination and process improvement.
- Work with leadership on sales forecasting, promotions, and lead management.
- Collaborate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless buyer experiences.
- Represent Regency Homes professionally at events, open houses, and community functions.
- Work weekends as needed to meet clients and support sales activities.
- Active Nebraska Real Estate License (required).
- Broker License strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in residential sales or sales management, preferably in new home construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Process‑ and results‑oriented, with the ability to plan marketing and sales strategies effectively.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital marketing tools.
- Availability on weekends (required).
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to excellence and integrity.
- Full‑time position.
- Competitive base salary plus commission – earning potential of $100,000+ in the first successful year.
