Inbound Sales Representative (Omaha, NE – In Office)

Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Decker Sports is growing, and we’re adding one Inbound Sales Representative to our Omaha team.

This role is not outbound cold calling
. You will be responsible for converting warm, inbound leads
, supporting existing accounts, and delivering an exceptional buying experience from first contact to order placement.

If you are organized, responsive, competitive in a quiet way, and take pride in follow-through — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads (web, phone, email)
  • Qualify opportunities and guide customers through the buying process
  • Convert inbound interest into closed orders
  • Manage follow-up and pipeline activity with precision
  • Support existing customer accounts and reorders
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and operations to ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery
  • Maintain clean CRM records and clear communication
  • Hit individual conversion and revenue targets
