Inbound Sales Representative (Omaha, NE – In Office)
Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Decker Sports is growing, and we’re adding one Inbound Sales Representative to our Omaha team.
This role is not outbound cold calling
. You will be responsible for converting warm, inbound leads
, supporting existing accounts, and delivering an exceptional buying experience from first contact to order placement.

What You’ll Do- Respond quickly to inbound leads (web, phone, email)
- Qualify opportunities and guide customers through the buying process
- Convert inbound interest into closed orders
- Manage follow-up and pipeline activity with precision
- Support existing customer accounts and reorders
- Collaborate with sales, production, and operations to ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery
- Maintain clean CRM records and clear communication
- Hit individual conversion and revenue targets
- Fast response times and strong follow‑up discipline
- High conversion rates on inbound opportunities
- Organized pipeline with no dropped balls
- Customers feel informed, supported, and confident
- Consistent performance without micromanagement
- You enjoy closing warm leads
