Great Day Improvements (GDI) has been a leader in the home improvement industry since 1966. We are seeking in‑home sales professionals to join our successful team. Sales consultants deliver product presentations to homeowners and help them identify the products that best fit their exterior home improvement needs.

FULL COMMISSION SALES – Company provided leads with no cold calling or prospecting. Pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments supplied.

LEAD GENERATION – No cold calling or prospecting. Pre‑qualified appointments ensure a strong chance of success.

COMPENSATION – Solid performance yields a high commission rate plus performance bonuses and incentives. Top performers typically earn $150,000+ in their first year.

LEARNING, DEVELOPMENT & CULTURE – Professional training, industry‑leading product samples, and ongoing support to close sales. Support from experienced management and inside sales team.

• Conduct in‑home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and utilize GDI's proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Build relationships quickly with customers.
• Adapt to a flexible work schedule and business needs.
• Drive results by believing in yourself and making money based on hard work.

• Entry level – no prior sales experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
