Bringing a positive attitude, winning personality, and sales ability to The Richdale Apartments, you will lease some of Omaha's finest apartments. The role is open 7 days a week and offers a wonderful growth opportunity into Property Management.

• Drive day-to-day leasing goals and support overall occupancy objectives
• Greet and engage with prospective residents by phone, email, and in person
• Conduct property tours and effectively close leasing opportunities
• Perform timely follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and maximize conversions
• Prepare and complete all leasing documentation accurately and efficiently

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Professional appearance with a friendly, engaging personality
