Assistant Sales Manager – Omaha, NE

Position Summary

We are excited to hire an experienced, full‑time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team in Omaha (Central), NE. You will engage clients one‑on‑one, deliver outstanding consulting, craft personalized dream packages, collaborate on financing options, and work with clinic leadership to achieve sales KPIs and streamline administrative processes. You will also lead day‑to‑day operations during the clinic manager’s absence, ensuring high customer‑service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve all sales KPIs by delivering an exceptional client experience that fosters loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough, personalized consultations with new clients to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to engage current clients, driving sales through tailored recommendations and add‑on services.
  • Build lasting relationships that exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.
Operational Duties
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, maintain client records, and field incoming calls.
  • Support medical staff with treatment room upkeep and perform opening and closing duties.
  • Process client financial transactions.
Other Duties
  • Performs additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required.
  • Minimum of one year of any work experience required.
  • Experience in a commission‑driven and/or sales environment preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment required.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information required.
  • Ability to use a computer and sales software required.
  • Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed, required.
