Personal Banker

Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm; rotating Saturday 8:45am – 12:15pm

• Driven by accomplishing goals.
• Takes an educational & relationship building approach to sales making sure to understand our members needs and recommend the best products to assist them. Ensures our members leave feeling taken care of and having their problem solved.
• Comfortable processing a variety of financial transactions and working in multiple systems, sometimes at the same time.
• Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy to ensure internal audit and procedures are followed.
• Comfortable networking and building relationships to develop loyal members of the Credit Union and form strong business partnerships in our communities.
• A go-getter that isn’t afraid to find sales and close the deal.
• Has a strong background in Consumer & Real Estate Lending (HELOC's & Home Equity Loans).
• NMLS required.

This role is a base salary plus commission sales position.
