  • Analyze plan performance, funding arrangements, and financial results to identify opportunities for cost containment and benefit optimization.
  • Negotiate renewals and terms with carriers to secure competitive solutions and favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Lead renewal presentations, open enrollment meetings, and client strategy discussions with clarity and confidence.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and support business development efforts that contribute to agency growth.
  • Deliver quarterly financial reports and client reviews that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay informed on market trends, compliance developments, and industry best practices, sharing relevant updates with clients and colleagues.
Who You Are
  • Relationship-driven and energized by building trust with clients, carriers, and internal partners.

  • Comfortable navigating complex benefit programs and translating technical information into practical recommendations.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical and solution-focused when evaluating plan performance, funding strategies, and renewal options.
  • Collaborative by nature and effective in cross-functional environments.
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying current with industry regulations, trends, and emerging solutions.
  • Dedicated to maintaining high ethical standards and protecting confidential client and employee information.
What You Bring Day One:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer support, or a related client-facing role within the employee benefits insurance industry.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Valuable Additions:
