• Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude toward our customer.
• Answer incoming customer phone calls promptly and politely.
• Receive parts orders and answer questions for customers and outside sales personnel.
• Continually review existing sales routes and additions to routes for efficiency in customer service.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have valid operator's license
• Dress code as per policy information booklet
• Competent parts knowledge and teh ability to research part numbers as needed
• Good computer skills
