Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative responsible for driving new business growth within an assigned territory.

• prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
• conducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility services
• developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service contracts
• maintaining accurate CRM records
• achieving or surpassing sales quotas

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields
• proven success in exceeding sales targets
• strong negotiation and closing skills
• self-motivated and goal-oriented
• willing to receive coaching
• valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
• and adherence to auto insurance requirements for business use
