We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer‑focused
Retail Sales Associate
to join our team. This full‑time role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a dynamic environment and have an interest in home improvement, outdoor living, and high‑quality consumer products. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help customers select products, learn about our offerings, and enjoy a positive shopping experience.

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent service, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining a clean and organized Showroom, and supporting store operations. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to represent the company well during every customer interaction.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product education and answer questions clearly.
• Help customers select products that best meet their needs.
• Build relationships to support repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Promote current sales, promotions, and product bundles.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of fireplaces, stone, casual furniture, grills, and outdoor living products.

• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, product placement, and showroom readiness.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support team operations and assist other departments as needed.

• Ability to work Saturdays with a day off during the week.
• Previous retail or commission‑based sales experience preferred
• Effective communication and people skills
• Computer and data entry skills;
  Microsoft and CRM experience preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Motivated and purposeful with a strong interest in sales
• Interest or knowledge in home improvement, outdoor furniture, and grills is a plus
• Competitive hourly wage plus commission
